Location: the hotel was very close to the Rosebud centre and the beaches and the Mornington Peninsula. Truly enjoyed climate control, multi-channel television, and a fridge in the room. The service was fantastic, totally satisfied...

The attention to detail in the beautifully appointed rooms was exceptional. We loved the quiet residential area, which was only a few minutes drive from the vibrant coastline. The service from Deb and Ian was second to none, they made us feel like welcomed guests in their own home. And the breakfast! Deb's homemade jams for the croissants were a delightful touch.

All was perfect, couldn't ask for more.

We also had the pleasure of enjoying a delectable breakfast, including homemade jams made from the host's own homegrown fruit.

We had an enjoyable stay at this hotel. The hotel facilities were spotless and comfortable, with heated blankets, toiletries, and even Netflix! The breakfast was fantastic and served with care and personal effort. Also, the location was perfect - close to everything but far enough away that you could relax.

Our weekend escape was so lovely! We loved the clear waters and beautiful sunset of the nearby beach. The breakfast served was yummy and delicious. The hosts were very hospitable and knew the area well, giving us great recommendations on what to do. The comfortable bed and pillows helped us sleep well at night. We also appreciated the thoughtful additions in the room, like the scented hand wash and lotion. The location was perfect, close to shops and in a nice neighbourhood.

Honestly, we couldn't find many flaws during our stay. The only small thing we noticed was that the bathroom lights were a bit bright during the night.

Nice Chalet, Great Breakfast

Stayed for a weekend in a modern backyard chalet, which was comfortable, private and well-decorated. Ian and Deb provided tasty and generous breakfast with healthy options and good coffee. the location was convenient to visit nearby attractions and the garden was well-maintained with a relaxing atmosphere.

The chalet walls were too thin, and noise travelled easily from the main house and the nearby road, making it hard to sleep. the WiFi signal was quite weak, and the TV didn't work properly.
